Return Period
You may return most items within 15 days of receiving your order. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, in its original packaging, and in the same condition as when you received it.
Non-Returnable Items
Due to hygiene and safety reasons, the following products cannot be returned or exchanged:
- Water treatment chemicals (Alkaliteit, Anti Alg, Anti Foam, Anti-kalk & -metaal, Badzout)
- Inflatable spa accessories (Accessoires opblaasbare spa)
- Opened or used cleaning products (AquaFinesse, Anti-Lek middelen)
Return Process
- Contact Us: Email our customer service at [email protected] within 15 days of receiving your order. Use our return request template below.
- Receive Authorization: We will respond within 2 business days with return instructions and a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.
- Package Your Item: Securely pack the item in its original packaging with all accessories and documentation.

- Receive Refund/Exchange: Once we receive and inspect your return, we will process your refund or exchange within 5 business days.
Refund Information
Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used for purchase:
- Credit/Debit Cards (Visa, MasterCard, JCB): 3-5 business days after processing
- PayPal: 1-3 business days after processing
Original shipping fees are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.
Exchange Information
If you need a different size or color of the same item, we’ll gladly exchange it. Please indicate this in your return request. For exchanges to different products, you’ll need to return the original item for a refund and place a new order.
Damaged or Incorrect Items
If your item arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us immediately at [email protected] with photos of the damaged/incorrect item and packaging. We will arrange for a replacement or refund at no additional cost to you.
